CMS & PIM/DAM Analyst

As a CMS & PIM/DAM Analyst, you will support the team in translating the business requirements into Sitecore and ADAM functional/technical design and solution architecture.
You will work close to our Product Owners and our external vendors to come up with a solution to the requests.


• Translate business requirements into functional and/or technical designs.
• Analyse if the requirements can be met by using already existing functionalities.
• Coordinate towards the Product owners the requests for new features.
• Participate in workshops with business and product owners to support problem definition and identification of key business processes.
• Drive mapping of client requirements to CMS capabilities across more than one CMS package.
• Define best practices, development standards to manage performance and scalability of the CMS application and work with stakeholders to manage our system performance issues and dependencies.
• Track the testing and document the deliverables from our external suppliers
• Train key users on new features.
• Periodically analyse our ticketing tool and develop systematic solutions to problem patterns.
• Organize with the Product Owners a periodic review of the solution to review possible improvement areas.


• You have a few years of overall experience on content management systems (Sitecore experience is a plus).
• You have experience with an external Pim/Dam system connected to a CMS.
• You have excellent knowledge of English (written and spoken). Knowledge of other languages is a plus.
• You are able to work autonomously, but also operates easily within a team.
• You are structured, organized, pro-active and accurate.
• Your strong skills in planning and organizing enable you to manage multiple tasks across multiple projects.
• You are strong in problem analysis and creative in finding client-oriented solutions.
• You are good in stakeholder communication and management.
